2 bedrooms (at least)
2 bath (the master must have a bathtub)
car park
well designed kitchen
Really thats it so far...we're not picky :-)
In my house design research, I've realized I may want an office/library just so I can put this sofa in it!
How cool would that sofa be in an awesomely modern library or home office!? Dog included, of course!

Finally, my new (non-existant) home office is totally going to have this recycled craft desk:
Every office needs bookshelves and being the "readers" we are, we'd definitely need bookshelves.
This is eye-catchingly cool...
but it's a bit too cool for my future space...
I do like the idea of floating books!
There are too many good choices out there. It's too hard to choose!
I wonder if anyone actually color-codes their books -- it does look pretty cool!!
